Platform Overview

Replicer is an AI platform for managing automated phone calls. Through the dashboard you can configure intelligent agents, connect phone numbers, launch calls and campaigns, and monitor results in real time.

How it works

The typical workflow consists of a few steps:

  1. Connect a phone number — Purchase a VoIP number and link it to the platform via SIP Trunk to make and receive calls.
  2. Create an AI agent — Configure the agent's behavior, voice, and prompt.
  3. Make a call — Select agent, source number, and recipient, then launch the call.
  4. Manage contacts — Import and organize your address book for use in calls and campaigns.
  5. Launch a campaign — Send automated calls to a list of contacts.
  6. Monitor results — Check call history and analytics.

Accessing the Dashboard

After registering and logging in at replicer.ai, you'll be guided through a brief onboarding that asks for:

  • Your language and theme preferences
  • How you discovered the platform
  • Your contact information
  • Account type (individual or company)
  • Your first agent setup

Once the onboarding is complete, you'll have access to the dashboard with all operational sections.
